didn't work Redmine sync with GitHub

I follow the tutorial http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/HowTo_simply_keep_Redmine_in_sync_with_GitHub step by step.but it doesn't work.
my repo is redmine/git_repositories/hello.git
the command `git fetch` is working
looks like log file is normal
I have been tried many times,I am going to crazy
Environment: Redmine version 2.3.0.stable
Ruby version 1.9.3 (i686-linux)
Rails version 3.2.13
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
Redmine plugins: redmine_github_hook 0.2.0
