How to invoke dbconfig-common to configure database for redmine/instances/default ?

Added by suresh maruthi almost 10 years ago

Hi All,

Need your help on this.

I am installing redmine 2.5.1 on ubuntu 12.04.
I manually created redmine database and while installing redmine and redmine-mysql using (sudo apt-get install redmine redmine-mysql). In dbconfig-common terminal, I selected 'NO' option for "Configure database for redmine/instances/default with dbconfig-common" assuming that I created the redmine database manually and that its not required. Now how do I invoke dbcongif-common to configure the database.

Appreciate your help in advance.

Regards,

Suresh Maruthi

Hi Suresh,
That should be a dpkg-reconfigure command. Press tab to see your options.
