How to generate changelog

hi all,

Our team need changlog like http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/Changelog
not Roadmap.
but i didn't kwnow this changlog generated by manual or automate?

Does anyone know how to do this?

Could someone on the Redmine dev team perhaps comment on this and let us know how it's done here (on this site)?

I imagine asking if it's automated is a silly question, so I'll ask it this way: Is it done through a Redmine plugin with interface options, or through a separate `rake` command with a configuration file?
