I'm java developer and i have no experience with ruby and rails i want a simple tutorial show me how to use redmine hooks to make rest callbacks in specific points in the system.

My suggestion would be to install this plugin:
https://github.com/suer/redmine_webhook
and test it.

Then you could modify its code adding support for the hooks you are interested in.
