Error installing redmine on shared server

Hi,

I have installed Redmine 0.8.4 on a shared server. I have the following configuration:

Ruby Version : 1.8.6
Gem Version : 1.3.1
Rails Version : 2.3.2

I am using CPanel to add Ruby on Rails application. I gave the installation folder properly and created rewrites. When I use the URL (http://www.kvrnkiran.in/redmine) I am getting:

Service Temporarily Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.11 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8i DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.kvrnkiran.in Port 80

Upon checking the CPanel for the application status, the status is displayed as Not Running. I ran the application several times. CPanel gives a message:

Start Ruby Application

The following Ruby on Rails application was started: redmine

But, clicking Back says the status as Not Running. Any clue on why I am going wrong?

Looks like there was a problem with version incompatibilities. After resolving them, I got the program running. But, when I run redmine, I get the error -

*Page not found

The page you were trying to access doesn't exist or has been removed.
