some new plugins only work with admin user

I've installed some plugins (Easy Agile for example... ) they work but only when 'admin' is logged (administration account). In other users nothing appears. i had enabled all modules for all projects.
Any hint?

Solved:
You must login as admin then

Administration->Roles and permissions
Permissions report

change view/edit permissions
SAVE
