Kanban plugin

Afternoon everyone,

I've been using this plugin (https://github.com/edavis10/redmine_kanban) for a few months now but would like to upgrade to the lastest and greatest redmine.

Does anyone know if this project is still active? Is there a better alternative? Is is safe for upgrade to 2.0?
