According GLoc documentation plural form string for russian language should be
_gloc_rule_default: '|n| n10=n%10; n100=n%100; (n10==1 && n100!=11) ? "_1" : (n10>=2 && n10<=4 && (n100<10 || n100>=20) ? "_2" : "_5") '
