Description
(Maybe have this as an optional setting somewhere as it may not be for everyone)
When a user raises an issue, if they specify a version but haven't yet set the end date for the issue then the end date
defaults to the date of the version.
This will ensure that all issues raised for a version will appear in the Gantt chart.

I think this is a pretty logical feature too. Out of interest,
why was this ticket closed? The feature wasn't implemented...

I closed this issue because a) I raised it but am no
longer in a position to test any fixes and b) a perceived
lack of interest due to no comments or movement on an old
issue.
Thought I would un-clutter the tracker with my old issues.

I've gone ahead and made a patch for this (I also wrote up a
test). Not sure how to submit it though... maybe the issue needs
to be open to attach files?

Derrrr... maybe I should post it in the Patches tracker ;)
