Description

As Redmine is a development support tool (and not a bugtracker, as Mantis), the name Issue is more like to be for bug occurrences. I suggest it to be changed for Task, which is more appropriate for entries like "things I must do to finish the version", in contrast with Bugs that means more "things I must fix".

Already suggested in #4568. I think that "Ticket" would be more appropriate as a replacement for "Issue".
