Enables users to be authenticated using an Invision Power Board (IPB) database. It supports on-the-fly registrations so that user accounts are automatically created during first login.
In addition to checking the login and password, the script ensures that the user has not been banned and is allowed to post in the IPB forum. This prevents users in the 'Awaiting Authorization' group from logging in to Redmine/ChiliProject.
