Allows setting a "sponsor" per user.
The Sponsor can see all of his/her users.
The use case is that various internal employees "sponsors" (and are responsible for) other internal and external users.
(Required in my case by our internal security policy.)
This plugin gives these "sponsors" a view of the users without having to maintain a list somewhere.
