attache or link custom field to Category
I am evaluating redmine for use within our department. I have a requirement that I think could be meet with custom fields, however I need to be able to associate the custom field with a category. For example, I have categories Client, Server, Admin. When a new issue is created and the user choses Client I want to give him a list of sub-categories like "Windows" "Linux" "Mac". But of the choice is Server then the custom field would display a list like "Backups" "Replication" "Logs", etc.
So, is there a way to associate a new custom field with a category, or something else would meet my requirement.?
The requirement is actually to provide a sub-category list based on the selected category.

Maybe a better way to state this requirement is that a custom field would be associated with a category value.
So, I could associate a new custom field "client_sub_categories" to the category with value "Client".
