gpl question, what version is correct?

Hello,

I have a question about what version of the gpl redmine is released under, the 0.7.1 tarball has doc/COPYING as gpl 2 but http://www.redmine.org/ has a link to http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html that is gpl 3. TO clarify could you update the main page to http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.html.
