Redmine

I have been trying to do a database migration on Redmine running under Windows XP and keep getting an error that says that the Gem is deprecated and will be removed on or after August 2010 and that I should run 'rake gems:install'. When I try to run that command, I get an error "rake aborted! Access denied for user 'bitnami'@'localhost' to database 'redmine_development' " Can anyone help me out here. I have not modified the database.yml file which contains the user information and am not sure if I am supposed to. Thanks in advance. Kelly
