1.0.1->1.0.2 still have a problem on bitnamistack

today i upgrade my redmine using bitnami's suggestion but encountered proxy error message showed like this：
@Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /redmine/.
Reason: Error reading from remote server@
its seems like someone had resolved this problem before but it still appeared in new version，friends using bitnami redmine stack just use this patch to resolve this problem
