How generate "change log" or "what's new in release" report?

I am a newbie experimenting with a Redmine 1.0.3 Bitnami install http://bitnami.org/stack/redmine.

Does Redmine support the development process out-of-the box or through plug-ins or customization?

Svn found-in-version is entered with new bug reports.
Svn fixed-in-version is entered when closing a bug report.
When a release is made a new svn tag is created.
Redmine generates a "change log" or a "what's new in release" report including all fixed bugs (or new features) with a fixed-in-version between new release and previous.
