RedmineHG: HTTP and SSH access using Redmine permissions

Hello,

i like what hgredmine does: Use the Redmine permissions for hgweb. But i like to use SSH and public keys for commiting, without creating system accounts. So i use twisted conch for SSH access. At the moment only password authorisation works, but it is easy to add public keys as well.
