Version 1.2.0

Version 1.2.0's roadmap says it comes out in ~2 days, but there are still some things that need to be fixed. Was wondering how the dev's deal with this, do you release it one the day and just carry over the tasks or do you wait until all the tasks are done?
Just downloaded redmine a few days ago and noticed that it didn't have the ability to delete users and that 1.2.0 will, so I don't want to necessarily upgrade to the latest dev and migrate instead of waiting for a stable. Not like I have a timeline anyway ;)
