Issue Dates change request

Hi,
Is it possible to do three changes to Redmine?- Allow a user with the correct security rights to change the start date and due date? Currently readonly after issue/feature created?
- When the user sets the start date, the due date automatically changes to the start date if due date smaller then start date. Rather fustrating when setting up a huge project with lots of features/issues and you keep having to scroll three, four months ahead.
- Also if a subtask is created it takes on the parent tasks start date.
