task assignment more precise

Is there any plugin for more precise task assignent rather that whole day (at least 0.5h) ? I successfully deployed Redmine 1.2 in my company, but I lack feature of precise task assignment. It doesn't consider administrative, office or developers. But we'd like to plan time of our technician staff. Is that possible ?
