Projects and Subprojects organisation
Just a question on best practice.
At the moment we structure our project like so:
ACME (The client) (Main Project)
- Website (Sub-Project)
- Newsletter (Sub-Project)
- Another Project (Sub-Project)
So the main project "ACME" Doesn't get used to input any issues, it's used for the clients details and the sub-projects are all the projects that we work on for that client.
Is that a good way to do it or we just create multiple main projects for the same client everytime we start a new project for that client?
We do the same
