Send ticket by mail - Plugin?

Hi all,
we're currently using the ticket system for development and our only redmine users are the developers.
I'm now looking for a plugin that adds something like a "eMail this ticket" - Button to the ticket system.
We'd then create a ticket, press this button and enter a callers mail address. All ticket information would then be sent to the address entered, so the caller would be informed about the issue registered.
We're currently on 1.4.3 and will soon be on 1.4.4.
