Not able to drag or move the red cases inside the suite folder.

1. Initially we created a red case and place it in the created suite folder.
2. In the same way we created number of red cases.
3. Now we are not able to change the order.
So is there any possibility to drag or move these red cases in the same suite according to our requirement.
