Redmine

In the same way there is a mail handler to dispatch issues and message board replies, is it possible to enable email recieving to create a new topic - through the handler arguments (something like --create-board-message=:board_id)?

I've been digging already through the mail handler file but since i'm not familiar with the redmine codebase and my RoR experience is based on a college project I don't really know what to do with this..
