Search for subproject's custom field

Hi, I'm trying to implement a very simple Service Support Contract tracking feature, by simply adding three custom fields to Projects:
- Contract: Boolean
- Contract Start: Date
- Contract End: Date
I have one project for each customer, then many subprojects for each one. Now, some of those subprojects are service contracts (Contract: True).
Now the problem. I would like to list all the subprojects of type "Contract = True", but not it is listing the ISSUES related to those subprojects, not the subproject itself.
Is there a way to list the subprojects, and not their issues?.
I'm using Redmine 2.3.2.stable.12037
