Login credentials on windows

Hello,

I have redmine installed on windows server. I need to login to redmine site so that I can trouble shoot issue with an existing project "repository" issue.
I get 'The entry or revision was not found in the repository.' error every time I try to click on repository link for a project on redmine site.

We do not have credentials to redmine site. How do I retrieve login credentials?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

but did not quite understood.

Please help.

Go to the users table, admin record, clear the password_hash field, save record. The process just suggests the same but instead of a blank password it sets it to password by entering the hash for password.
