different authentication mode for wiki/forum/news and the rest within same project

Hi,
I have two questions:
1. Is it possible to have different authentication mode (authentication required yes/no) for different projects within same redmine instance?
2. I have a public project and people should be able to see news, wiki, forum, repository etc. without login, but issue tracking should be protected with login only. Is this possible?
