Redmine

Hi all,

This is my first post here so i'd really appreciate any assistance from the redmine experts. I have categories of tickets a,b,c,d A being the most important and If i put in an A or B ticket i would like a template to be pulled that the user had to follow. A procedure type scenario and when the ticket template is created i'd like an image of 1,2,3,4,5 in shapes and when the user clicks e.g. 1 is completed the ticket is updated to say that phase 1 is complete. Is this possible? I was thinking javascript in the template with a templates plugin?

I would really appreciate everyones ideas
