Git Repository error 403

Hello,
I have a redime configured with 2 project and every project with a git repository.
One repository work fine
in the second (newest) whe I make a push a get a 403 error and in the error_log I see this message: Service not enabled: 'receive-pack'
Server is the same.
I check configurations and seems the same
someone can help me ?
