Redmine on IIS8 to be exposed on my web domain

Hello everybody,
i have successfully installed Redmine on my windows server machine and it's working by testing it on webrick.
The problem is that i cannot point to my working Redmine installation by my webdomain. I've tried by IIS8 but i've not succeeded. Is there any guide or you have any suggestion?
