Show only critical status requests.

Dear,
I need to configure Redmine, so that it only shows to certain users the last requests loaded with the critical state, in case they do not have that state that shows those of the normal state.
If possible I would need it to show only the last 3 requests, then when resolving the requests if a new one didn't load I need it to show the old ones.
That's possible?
