Redmine

Is it possible to use other styling framework like Semantic UI and Bootstrap with Redmine. I want to style the home page and menu bar for example, so I wish to use some top notch styling framework, so I was wondering if it is possible to use them in redmine. Any leads, wold be helpful, because I find the structure of redmine asset folder very different from normal rails application that has an asset builder. Please help
