Button "Load the default configuration"

Hello.
After installing Redmine 3.4.13 on ubuntu 16.04, I forgot to load the default configuration. At the first login in the settings there is a button "Load the default configuration". With subsequent logins, this button is not.
Can I load the configuration in another way? Thanks.
