Team Members alocation and availability

i'm using a local install of redemine 4.1.1 and have some projets in it with tasks and tome tracking.

Each Team member participates, has tasks, in several projects simultaneously but have specific tasks in the projects.

I'd like to have the a global visibility of the time periods the team members are allocated or free for all projects.

Tried to use the calendar in the initial page where all the projects are listed, but calendar only marks the start and end dates, so the days in between look like free as calendar doesn't mark all the days from start to end.

Is there any way of having this view of allocation ?

A Dashboard would be even better, perhaps a plug-in ?

Any help appreciated.
