Redmine

Dear everyone,
kindly advice whether you have suggestion, I want to use the change management service in Redmine, I dont know whether it is good tools of redmine, and any plugin need to install?
the purpose:
1. any change policy in All team for record(maybe need a attachment)
2. need a approve flow
