Theme not loading.

I have installed Redmine 0.8.7 on a domain using Passenger. Everything was working well except I need to get it working using fcgi and without using Passenger. I followed the instructions http://www.redmine.org/wiki/1/HowTo_configure_Apache_to_run_Redmine is kinda works... except now the theme isn't loading.

Any advice on things to check would is greatly appreciated.

To be more specific none of images, css, js are loading...

Figured it out... I had an issue in my .htaccess file.
