Redmine

I wanna install redmine and tried to install to my OSX but, that error is occurred in installation.
(I'm not programmer but ASIC engineer. I don't know Ruby/Rails/Gem and etc...

I searched this topic in this forum and found this is mainly caused by MySQL version mismatch.

2. Versions
Gem 1.3.3 (Required is 1.3.1 in installation guide, but I couldn't get down version. After downgrade, I couldn't compile.)
Rails 2.3.5
MySQL 5.0.83/5.0.90 (At first, 5.1 pkg was installed but downgraded to 90/83 manually)
Ruby 1.8.7

3. What is the problem ?
During "gem install mysql -v" some error messages are shown. No definition bla~bla~bla~
I found that this C binding(?) is based on MySQL 5.0.83 (/Library/Ruby/Gems/1.8/gems/mysql-2.8.1/History.txt)
What is wrong ?

I think that MySQL and library version is matched but error messages are shown during compile.
