0.8.7 - How do you disable the HTML code viewer and treat attached HTML as a document?

We've got a Bitnami Redmine 0.8.7 install. We attach HTML reports to issues and have non technical users trying to view those reports. By default Redmine opens a code viewer when you click on an attached HTML file. To view the file as a document, our users have to download the file to their local machine and then open it locally. Is there a way to disable this HTML code viewer so that when you click an HTML file attached to an issue it will either display the HTML content in Redmine, or will allow the user to open it with their browser as HTML?
