I can not get any mail from redmine....

Hi all,
I was supposed to get mails when issue was created or updated. However, I got nothing. The configuration is OK, and I passed the email test.
Redmine version: 0.85
OS: windows server 2008
MailServer: KerioMailServer
If you know how to fix it, please do tell me.
