Redmine under IIS7.5 with FastCGI

Hello to everybody.
I'm trying to install redmine 1.0.1 under IIS7.5 on Win2008 64bit server.

I followed this how-to http://blogs.msdn.com/b/dgorti/archive/2009/06/17/ruby-on-rails-with-iis-7-reloaded.aspx (according to my redmine path) but I still receive the http error 500.0 the fastcgi process exited unexpectedly (http://blogs.msdn.com/blogfiles/dgorti/WindowsLiveWriter/RubyOnRailswithIIS7Reloaded_14757/image_24.png).

I setted all the permission and launching redmine via webrick script it works.

Please,anyone can help me!!!
