Automatically send each user to the individual project that they has been assigned ?

Our company uses Redmine for clients from different companies to file bugs to multiple projects. When I tried using Redmine, after logging in, it brings me to the home page. I prefer our users to automatically go to the project page that the user has been assigned to.
For example, after logging in, the user for project001 will be taken to:
www.example.com/redmine/projects/project001
How do I do that? I'm not a Ruby developer, I'm just a sysadmin who installed Redmine on our dedicated server hosted externally. I can edit the CSS theme file, but that's it.
