managinge several projects at the same time

Hello, I wonder how could one manage three projects in Redmine that are dynamically being re-prioritized time to time and being executed by the same programmer? If i do that in MS project, i can set for some particular task a higher priority and the rest of the tasks will be re-leveled accordingly.
Not quiet sure how to achieve the same setup in Redmine, when changes in one project issue priority will re-align everything else according the fact that programmer can only work 8 hours per day.
Any ideas?
