Translation missing, but translation files seem fine

Hello,

I'm trying to use the Contacts plugin version 1.1.3 with Redmine version 0.9.3.stable (MySQL) installed from the Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Lucid packages.

The plugin installs fine but I can't get rid of the translation missing errors:

translation missing: en, contacts_title

The plugin is installed in

/usr/share/redmine/vendor/plugins/redmine_contacts

and the en.yml file looks fine in

/usr/share/redmine/vendor/plugins/redmine_contacts/config/locales/

Any pointers would be very gratefully appreciated.
