Redmine

Whenever I try to enter in something in spent time in the log time section it spits out this:

Log time is invalid
Start time can't be empty

Now, for example this is what I enter in Spent time: 1.15, Activity: Development
Thats all I entered in.

First of all, I don't see Start Time so why is it giving me that message, and also why is it saying Log time is invalid?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Oh, the only fields in the Log time section are as follows:
1. Spent Time
2. Activity
3. Comment

Thats it.

Another piece of info you might need is that I am running Redmine from the SVN version and I did run SVN UP so it is up to date.
