Can´t find the emai settings

Hey
i installed redmine everything works fine exept emails !
i checked fot that
SMTP server Configuration¶
Copy config/email.yml.example to config/email.yml and edit this file to adjust your SMTP settings.
but in /usr/share/redmine/config i donßt have a email.yml file ....
is that a bug or how can i generate that file ?
