Redmine

When I installed the messenger plugin into the vendor/plugins directory and attempt to run a "rake db:migrate:plugins" command, it hangs. When I moved the messenger directory out of the vendor/plugins directory, the rake command works.

Any help or suggestions on how to triage and resolve would be appreciated.
