LDAP authentication & translation missing

hi,
I had implemented LDP authentication, login working fine, but all my plugins menus are with "translation missing: en-GB, label_..."
Simple login is working fine and all menus are ok.
In application > administration > Display language is English...
After that I thought that the language is taken from regional settings, but again I was wrong.
So the question is quite simple, from where is read the language? how can I change this for LDAP authentication?
