redmine installed cannot login; screenshot attached

I cannot login to redmine
I am using redmine version 1.1
database postgresql-8.4
Ubuntu 10.04
x86
Also I cannot see overview,download,activity,roadmap.... menus
please see attached file
I tried
uname: admin
passwd: admin
database tables are created sucessfully.
Anyone please help
but cannot login
