Error 500 on large Wiki updates

I have an issue with an Apache + Phusion Passenger + Redmine. It seems when a Wiki page becomes relatively large, saving the document produces an Error 500.

Anyone here experienced this and knows what the reason may be?

OK I just ran into this issue it's saying "internal error". How to fix it?!

My wiki document isn't even large it's only 50 lines
